COACHING
For executive, life, and career success, I can help you work through strategic management of your career, cultivate relationships, lead people, and decide on the path that is uniquely yours by uncovering and activating your passions. In a confidential space that is set up for your success, you choose the focus; I provide a way for you to grow, to be accountable, and to shift your life/career.
FACILITATION
For the organization that is ready to move past performative and focus on a real shift in culture and impact on the bottom line, I am ready to “get you where you need to be.” With my IDEA & B (inclusion, diversity, equity, anti-racism, & belonging) facilitation, organizations are more productive and more profitable when we address the tensions and systemic issues. As a certified facilitator, I collaborate with your people collectively to uncover root causes to help discover root solutions. The goal is sustainable positive change by doing the work and having courageous conversations.
KEYNOTE
Alma, is my mother’s name. She was the person that always had an encouraging word for people (often with some poignant quote or saying), she was supportive and insightful. As a keynote speaker, I embody her with messaging that provides a deeper understanding of processes, procedures, and or the human experience. You can count on an engaging experience that amplifies learning and expands thinking.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Having worked in profit, non-profit, organizations with under one hundred people and with thousands, as a consultant and as a staff HR person, the breadth and depth of my experiences and competencies are incomparable. I have managed the entire suite of HR services in one capacity or another, my key areas are strategy alignment, learning and development, employee/labor relations, performance management, executive coaching, gap analysis, IDEA & B, talent management, compensation benchmarking, and crisis management.
